These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Siddiq's website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Siddiq, Inc. ("Siddiq," "we," "us," or "our").

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Our Services include AI-powered features that provide recommendations, automate tasks, and assist with property matching. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before acting on them
• AI features may not always be accurate or complete
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using AI features

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including Meta (WhatsApp), Microsoft (Outlook), and Google (Gmail, Calendar). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. You authorize us to access and use your third-party account data as necessary to provide our Services.

Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Our Services and all associated content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by Siddiq and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDDIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Siddiq and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
