This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for Siddiq subscriptions. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
Free Trial and Billing
We may offer a free trial for eligible plans. After the trial period ends, your subscription is billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
- Charges are billed in advance for the selected billing period.
- Taxes and third-party fees (if any) may be charged separately.
- You are responsible for keeping payment information accurate and current.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds are generally considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
- Incorrect billing caused by a confirmed system error on our side.
- Subscription cancellation submitted before renewal but billed in error.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial period usage after a billing cycle has started.
- Unused seats, unused features, or low usage.
- Delays caused by third-party integrations outside Siddiq control.
- Failure to cancel before the next billing date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team within 14 days of the charge date and include:
- Account email and organization name
- Invoice or transaction reference
- Reason for the refund request
We review requests case by case and respond as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank timelines.
